Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who can build brands from scratch — positioning, identity, and go-to-market — and turn them into growth through social media and content. You'll craft social media marketing strategies, run campaigns across platforms, grow communities, and work onsite with our team at E-11/2 Markaz, Islamabad.

Responsibilities

Build brands from the ground up: positioning, identity, voice, and go-to-market
Create and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms
Plan content calendars and produce/oversee engaging content
Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Grow and engage communities; track performance and iterate
Report on reach, engagement, leads, and ROI

Qualifications

Proven experience building and growing a brand from scratch
Strong social media marketing strategy and content skills
Hands-on experience running paid social/search campaigns
Data-driven: comfortable with analytics and optimizing to results
Excellent copywriting and a good creative eye
Able to work onsite in Islamabad (E-11/2 Markaz)
