SEO Specialist

About the role

We're hiring an SEO Specialist to own our organic growth end-to-end — from technical audits and keyword strategy to content optimization and the emerging world of AEO/GEO (getting cited by AI answer engines and featured snippets). You'll plan and execute SEO roadmaps, work onsite with our marketing and web teams at E-11/2 Markaz, Islamabad, and be measured on real ranking and traffic outcomes.

Responsibilities

Plan and own SEO strategy end-to-end: audit, roadmap, execution, and reporting
Run technical SEO (site architecture, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, schema/structured data)
Drive keyword and content strategy aligned to search intent
Optimize for AEO/GEO — featured snippets, answer engines, and AI search visibility
Plan and manage ethical link-building / off-page campaigns
Track and report performance in Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio

Qualifications

Proven SEO experience with real, measurable ranking/traffic results
Strong grasp of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
Hands-on experience planning and executing SEO strategy (not just executing tasks)
Solid familiarity with AEO/GEO and how AI answer engines surface content
Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one of Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
Able to work onsite in Islamabad (E-11/2 Markaz)
