Information you give us. When you use our contact form, request a quote, book a discovery call, or message us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name and any project details you share. If you apply for a job, we also collect your CV, work history and other details you send.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our service providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies.

Information from social media. If you contact us through our social media pages, we receive the details your profile makes available to us.

Client project data. When we build software for a client, we may handle data belonging to that client or its customers. We process it only on the client's instructions under our agreement with them, and this policy does not cover it.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Enquiries are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, job applications for 12 months, and project records for the length of the contract plus 6 years or as the law requires. We then delete or anonymize them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, receive a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and opt out of marketing messages. We may ask you to verify your identity and will respond within the time applicable law requires.

The website is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
