Terms and Conditions

By using the website, requesting a quote or engaging us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

We provide custom web and mobile application development, AI and data science solutions, business intelligence, UI/UX design, cloud and DevOps support, Odoo development, SEO and digital marketing. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are set out in a written Statement of Work.

• Blueprint first. Development starts only after you have approved the Statement of Work and a visual mock-up of the platform.
• Milestones. We build in stages. At the end of each milestone you receive access to a working part of the product to review and give feedback on.
• Deployment. After your final approval, we deploy the completed work to your live server.
• Post-launch support. Every project includes a 60-day support period after launch, as described in section 8.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Fees and the payment schedule are set out in the Statement of Work. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. We may charge interest of 1.5% per month, or the maximum the law allows if lower, on overdue amounts and pause work until they are paid. Fees exclude taxes, and third-party costs such as hosting, licences, domain names, app store fees and paid APIs are your responsibility unless the Statement of Work says otherwise.

To keep the project on schedule, you agree to provide accurate information, content, access and decisions on time, to review milestones and give feedback promptly, and to make sure you have the right to use any materials you give us. Delays on your side may move the timeline and increase costs.

Any change to the agreed scope must be requested in writing. We will tell you the effect on fees and timeline, and work on the change begins only after you approve it in writing.

You will review each milestone and tell us in writing about any issues within 5 business days. We will fix reported issues that fall within the agreed scope. A milestone is treated as accepted if you do not respond within that period or if you start using it in a live environment.

During the 60-day period after launch we correct defects in the delivered work and help with the transition. New features, changes in scope, problems caused by third-party services or by changes you or others make to the work, and ongoing maintenance are handled separately under a change request or a support agreement.

• Your deliverables. Once you have paid all amounts due, you own the custom deliverables we create specifically for you under the Statement of Work.
• Our tools. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, templates and know-how, and give you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
• Third-party and open-source components. These remain subject to their own licences.
• Your materials. Content and materials you supply remain yours, and you give us the right to use them to provide the services.
• Portfolio. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may describe the project and name you in our portfolio. Tell us in writing if you prefer to keep it confidential.

Each party will keep the other's non-public business and technical information confidential, use it only for the project, and not disclose it except to people who need it and are bound by confidentiality, or where the law requires.

Projects often rely on third-party services such as hosting, payment gateways, APIs and app stores. Their terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes.

We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care. Except for that and any warranty in the Statement of Work, we provide the website and services without other warranties, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on the website is general in nature and is not professional, legal or financial advice.

You will cover us against claims, losses and costs arising from materials you supply that infringe a third party's rights or breach the law.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping it in a way that disrupts it, or using it unlawfully. The website's content, logos and design belong to MarifahSol or its licensors, and you may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Links to third-party sites are for convenience, and we do not control or endorse them.

Either party may end a project by written notice if the other commits a material breach and does not fix it within 14 days of being notified. If a project ends early, you pay for work completed and costs committed up to the termination date. Sections on payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and governing law continue after termination.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet outages, government action or third-party service failures, provided it tells the other party promptly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith. If that fails, the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan have jurisdiction, unless the Statement of Work provides for arbitration.

These terms and the Statement of Work are the entire agreement between us on their subject. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on the website when you request a quote or sign a Statement of Work applies to that project.
